Decide Your Own Benefit Scheme

The employer shall have the absolute autonomy and right to decide on the rules of the Benefit Scheme. Under the Macau Pension Fund Law, the following conditions for the formation of right to pecuniary payments are allowed, including:

	Old age retirement
	Early retirement
	Death
	Permanent incapacity for work
	Serious illness
	Long-term unemployment
	Final departure from the Macau SAR
	Employment termination
	Other conditions to be approved by the AMCM

The vested percentage in each of the benefit payment conditions can be decided by the employer accordingly.
